Join James in the Loose Fit workshop for a one day dovetail box making course. By the end of the day you will have learnt how to construct this classic woodworking joint, and you’ll have a beautiful box to take away with you at the end of the day.
You will get to learn all about hand tools and how to use them safely and accurately to make precise joints. we will use quarter sawn oak timber which you will discover is such a wonderful material to work with, and will create an attractive and impressive object you’ve made with your own hands.
The class will run for one day 10am - 6pm, lunch is provided in the Carriage cafe on site.
